The Full Story

About

The Belle Ame Boutique was created after owner, Krista, was in the search for something more fulfilling and needed something to provide another creative outlet. When the opportunity to start her own women's clothing business came up, her soul pulled her to create The Belle Ame Boutique, LLC. Belle Ame means "beautiful soul" and we hope you find something here that let's your beautiful soul shine on the outside!

Shipping & Pickup

Orders that need to be shipped will go out on Mondays or Fridays.

If you place an order between Monday-Thursday, your order will ship on Friday.

If your order is placed between Friday-Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday. 

In the event a holiday is on a shipping day, your order will ship out the following day.

We will do our best to get orders sent out before the Monday or Friday ship dates, but guarantee it will happen according to the days listed above. 

Porch pickup items dare typically processed within 2 days of placing your order.

You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. We highly recommend adding the belleameboutiquellc@gmail.com as an email contact to ensure it does not get missed or filtered to your junk folder.

If you do not receive an email after 3 days, please reach out to us via email to confirm that the order is processed.

Items will be in a blue bin on the front porch. Your order will have your name on it. If you've placed multiple orders, please make sure you grab all of your packages.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of placing your pickup order to reserve your items and guarantee they will not be sold to someone else.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

We get it. Returns may be necessary at times. Here's our policy:

Returns will be processed as a store credit ONLY and returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you're returning the order through the mail, the package must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

As a courtesy, please contact The Belle Ame Boutique to inform us that you are returning your item(s). This helps us to be on the lookout for your return and will be able to process your return faster.

Please include your order number with your return.

We will process your return as soon as possible and contact you during this transaction.

Exchanges:

Ordering online can be difficult when picking sizes and styles. We want you to love your purchase and understand you may want to exchange something. Here's our policy:

Exchanges can only be made for the same item, but in a different variant. (Ex: size, color, etc.)

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to limited stock, we may not be able to exchange items for exactly what you need. We recommend placing an order for the different variant and then following the steps above to make a return.

We will process your exchange as soon as possible and contact you during this transaction.

Cancellations:

Once your order has been submitted, cancellations will not be permitted.

Privacy Policy:

The Belle Ame Boutique, LLC will never sell or share your information.

We don't like it when companies do that to us, so we won't do that to you!

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Terms & Conditions

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
